Out-of-network participation

Other insurances are accepted on an out-of-network basis. Dr. Filova will provide each patient with a properly coded bill, which may be submitted to your insurance provider to obtain the maximum reimbursement your insurance carrier allows.
Patients should contact their insurance company with any questions about reimbursements, co-pay obligations or deductibles, or any pre-authorizations that may be needed for out-of-network services.
